One of the best known products of apple Inc includes Macintosh, iPod, iPod and the iphone. The software which is sued in the computer and electronic goods of apple is the Mac OS X operating system, which is the best operating system.

Mission statement

The mission statement of apple is also listed on the website of the company. After analyzing the mission statement, I believe that it's very effective. Apple has clearly defined its strategy and their target customers in the mission statement. In their mission statement apple has not defined a certain sex, age or demographic region but they have targeted a large and dynamic customer base. The apple mission statement is very precise as it states apple's customers, their needs and also the scope of the operations (Ghoshal, 1987)

Vision statement

The vision statement of the company illustrates that it develops technologies for its customers and it also strives hard to make its customers expert so that they can use the products easily. Apple didn't just make its vision statement but they have also made efforts to make their consumers understand their core values. The vision statement is very effective as it has put their objectives with the vision and through the vision statement they have ensured that adequate marketing, financial and operational structures are in accordance with the strategies.
