In a latest workshop concentrated on the topic of organizational demeanour, some constituents of the workforce conveyed up the issue of socializing too much with co-workers. It was the attitude of these participants that too much socializing, even with good inter-human aims, directs to gossip, and gossip possibly directs to political abuse at work. They felt that it might be better to remain detached and refrain as much as likely from participating in workplace started communal gatherings.
