Constitutional Aesthetics: Appending Amendments to the United States Constitution by Mehrdad Payandeh

In 1789, Federal Congress adopted the Bill of Rights, however, the amendments in the constitution were not opened at that time. According to the author, amendments in the constitution played vital role in the constitution, history, politics, and law of the United States. The process of amendments carried out under the Articles of Confederation, which were the result of the revolutionary approach of 1787.
