Luxury fashion industries are always been more focused on their employees as their employees welcoming attitude keep their brand more uniqueness. Luxury customers are not only buying the uniqueness of the products rather they more take the luxury brand value with them to present their social values to the society. Employees therefore are always been a key ingredient for the luxury brand. To keep up the employee's motivation is always a challenge for any companies (East, Harris, Wilson & Hammond, 1995, pp.487 - 97). Now, it has been identi?ed for years that only ?nancials bene?ts do not drive the employee's motivation to workplace for long. There are more different factors which are equally important to in?uences their performance. In this report the author will ?nd out the factors which are in?uencing the employee's performance in luxury fashion brand Burberry in the UK. Burberry has its amazing Luxury brand creation history. They are among the top 5 big luxury brand in UK. The employees are their biggest resources and at Burberry they believe, each employee is carrying their brand values. Research objectives:

The main objective of the research is the identification of the employee's performances and analyse the factors which are in?uencing their performances. This research will conduct on a top ?ve UK's most of the Luxury fashion Brand - "Burberry". Fashion is not only about the cloths or accessories but also extremely in?uential in the structuring of society's wure, identity and lifestyle. Fashion is representing more about the way of life. So, luxury fashion is a step ahead in reinforcing the evolution and the voice of society. Employees are working in Burben'y has obviously in?uences by the companies brand reputation. So researcher will go more depth into research and will focus on the following objectives to be done.

Author will monitor the Burbeny's Employees performances through a periodic interviewing process.

Author will analyze the deviation of performances on the basis of primary data and the reason of deviations. Author will also look at the factors which are in?uencing their daily activities.

From the secondary and primary sources, author will try to explore the overall reason behind the number of employees has left the companies in a particular period.

Author will also try to synchronise the luxury brand value on employees' performances.

The researcher will also look at the employee's development program and their process of performance measurement style.
