The pseudo organization is a new form of functional organization, described around the dynamic evolution of technology and globalization. Its organizational structure is based on the use of Internet to make transactions and market operations in cyberspace. In the contemporary world is rampant and has become a new basic work organization associated individuals and businesses that are installed using Internet technology.

This contemporary model of organization creates a transformation in the traditional business, and in particular transnational corporations, in the pursuit of competitive advantage, driving this form of the organization, to cut costs through outsourcing (outsourcing) and improving international coordination, similarly, increase processing speed, customer satisfaction and effective security for virtual transactions, ensure its presence and operation at different levels of the global market.

The pseudo organization globalization strengthens the economy, it benefits the development of globalization to create conditions for transnational corporations have a performance superior to that present in other developing countries. It also encourages the regionalization of such trilateral, considering the countries of the triad as drivers of these processes.

Decentralized business structures develop in response to new- the requirements of the competition. These structures are facilitated or responsible due to the wide dissemination and technology development of information and communication technologies (ICTs). In this context develop what is called pseudo organizations. These pseudo organizations do not really exist, rather do business via the Internet, to by association's relatively independent companies that carry on business under a common name and are organized exclusively through the new technologies. There exists a considerable operational gap between the pseudo and traditional organizations. This gap leads to several disadvantages in terms of operations which are listed below.

One of the main disadvantages of such organizations is the potential loss of key know-how.

As more activities are outsourced, the gain of the added value is given to others.

The need for large doses of self-discipline, the tele-worker should direct their activities towards the effective delivery of services, which those without power of self-organization or self-discipline will have a great competitive disadvantage.

Problems of psychological or relational, because it can produce feelings of isolation in the tele-worker.

Difficult to motivate workers to distance and to share with the objectives of the company what it can lead to lose some of its corporate strength.

In most countries, especially developing nations, there is no legal framework to regulate tele-work.

Companies should give special emphasis on information security, both physical and network level.

And finally, there is the possibility of losing control over the business, a conflict with any of the companies in the network.
