AMERICAN LABOR UNION

The formation of the trade union in the year 1800 gave birth to employee union in America. In the 1930's, after the passing of Norris-La Guardia Anti-Injunction Act, the workers formed organized labor unions and they have been active in fighting for the rights of the labor. However, they have played a huge part in transforming the economy and passing laws in the congress, which has now made things much more favorable for the labor as compared as to the early 19th century.
