Introduction of the Business

The business I am in this report is online buying and selling of books (Kruidhof 2003, p. 12). The main aim of Amazon Plc. business would be selling books to customers through the internet. I must do a partnership with the existing business man who owns a books publishing company.

Business Model

When we are running the business through the Internet, there are a number of business models available, which can help us in running our business. However, the business model, which would be suitable for our business, would be the Business to Consumer (B2C) model because we are aiming to serve customers directly, and in this case, the B2C model would be the ideal business model (Scholes 2008, p. 45).

The Revenue Model

When we run an e-business, we cannot make the conventional transaction like an established business; therefore, we need to have a unique e-business revenue model that would help us in collecting revenue from our customers. For our business, we will utilize a number of revenue models (Austin 2000, p. 63).

Business Relations

It is a relationship of equal partners. Communication barriers do not take place. There is always a sense of security: each of them feels that the partner can not pose a threat. Partners try to help each other. It emphasizes on the introduction of online networks as a primary medium through which business relationships can be conducted (Browne 2003, p. 136).

Creativity

Creativity is the key to success in every business whether it is new or in progress, but the need turns dire when you are prevalent to throw an original idea in market.
