In Alzheimer, the patients goes in the condition where their brain is affected permanently, and later in life they cannot even remember the basic stuff, for example they will not remember how to even tie a shoe lace. It is difficult to diagnose Alzheimer because there is no physician to differentiate Alzheimer's dementia "Lewy body" and Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer's is a neurodegenerative disease. It causes dementia, but this dementia is different from other kinds of dementia by 3 means
It is caused due to loss of “Acetylcholine” neurons
Its leads to accumulation of beta-myeloid plaque
Formation of neurofibrils
