Introduction

The term aggression defined as the behaviour among the human beings that wished to humiliation, pain or harm to others or themselves. It exists on a scale which is in terms as continuum. It can be further explained as some behaviour which anticipated enhancing the social supremacy of the human being to others dominant position. People sometimes normally behave in a defensive behaviour that not considered as an aggression, aggression totally perceived as a different set of manners and deeds among human, it can be in the form of being physical, mental, or sometimes may be verbal and non-verbal ( Mummendey, 1993, Pp. 145-167).

Aggression could emerge with an occurrence of physical aggression in human beings, and it reaches the zenith most at the age between 2 to 3, and declines steadily. It can be figured out with these facts that physical aggression seen in the people who are towards the learning stage.

Majority of the young children, who are to enter the primary schools they are the most influential at that stage of developing life thus; they need to develop socially important skills of being assertive, where are mostly children use aggressive behaviour like hitting, biting.

A child watching his favourite cartoon power rangers or Ben10, while watching the child might behave as if he is the character and starts jumping all over in a state of doing violence actions like hitting things, the way the cartoon character did. This adaptation from the TV program is well known to all the parents. The query that occurs is, "Does aggressive or violent television cause a person, mainly children, to act in an aggressive way?" Research has shown that the answer to this question is yes. It can lead to chances and openings of building dispute declaration and communication skills.

However, psychologists categorize the term aggression as an instrument and hostile in common terminologies, to achieve a target. Aggression is not always intends to hurt the other person. However, it can be used to achieve a goal. For example, sports players in football they thump down the other team's player in order to win and reach the goal, but intentions are not to hurt the other team player. Whereas the opposite behaviours that deal in the opposing aggression involved in the intentions to hurt the other person, it could consist of verbal assault, or might become physical (Lagerspetz, 1994, Pp. 131-150).

For more detailed study on aggression psychologists have reached across certain theories about the nature and the grounds of aggression. The theories are instinct, drive and social theories.
