Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Clause

Controversies, disputes and claims, of any kind, presented for dispute including but not subject to team projects shall be resolved within a time frame of thirty six hours and not more than that. If fail to do so, ADR shall occur. Personal disputes of members affecting the team's productivity will also enable ADR to take effect, unless otherwise any personal conflict between members shall not be a part of ADR clause. All disputes must be resolved according to any following mentioned types of ADR only.
