Factors of Motivation

If the employees are strategically aligned with the leaders of the organization, they will be better able to attain the goals and objectives that are assigned to them. Leaders are those personalities that can encourage the employees to perform and work according to the given deadlines in a better way, if they are having skills and capabilities to manage the interest level of the followers (employees) (Piccolo, et al., 2010).

Working conditions are of great importance in a workplace, as it provides extensive support to all the employees working in it. If the working conditions are designed according to the employee's capability and strength, it will definitely result in success otherwise vice versa. Working conditions include duty hour's facilities and work environment, if these are in favor of the employees they will work in a better way and will show good performance (Spector, 2011).

Relationship of managers or supervisors with the employees can be another important factor that would enhance the motivation level of the employees working within an organization (Katou & Budhwar, 2010). In-effectiveness in organizational compensation and benefits system can also result in lower level of motivation, as it is proved from the past research works that compensation and benefits can be an important factor that would encourage the employees to work effectively and show improvement in their performance (London, 2011).
