Introduction

In today's world, the education is the primary tool to equip the new generation for future challenges. This has increased the competition level among students as they put all of their efforts to sore high in examination. On the other hand, the examiners are also required to focus on their teaching and examining quality. As the education has become primary tool for the improvement of the learning, there is a big need to make the examination process more effective and hard. It is a fact that the preparing question papers for exams purposes is also a hard task. The level of difficult of preparing exams questions depends on the tests, courses and certificates. The research showed that Institute of Analytical Accountants is widely known for its effective examining techniques. The questions handling process of the Institute of Analytical Accountants is very comprehensive and involves four parties or departments. These four departments include author, education department, reviewers and administration department.

This report will focus on procedures or ways which can make the questions handling process more effective and improve the questions handling process. The report will identify the re-designing options that can improve the questions handling process. The report will also present the benefits of each of the options indentified. The technology also provided assistant in managing multiple choice question and examination requirements. There are different software packages that the institutes used in question handling process. The report will highlight the advantages of using software package in term of fulfilling user's requirement.

Re-Designing Options

Within the current questions handling process, the Institute of Analytical Accountants can improve its questions handling process by improving the administrative department personals skills. The administrative department personals must be trained in a way that they have more knowledge of subjects and computer systems. There is issue at administrative department personals end that they used to make mistakes while entering the questions and answer. If the administrative department personals get training relate to subject matter then there are fair chances that these individuals will be making fewer mistakes in entering questions and answers. This can bring improvement in term of accuracy of the data entered in the system. The mistakes done by administrative department affects the performance of other departments as education staff become unable to retrieve required information (Mutschler et.al, 2008, pp. 85).

There is another way for improving the questions handling process which is to cut off the administrative department from the chain of questions handling process. Institute of Analytical Accountants must replace the administrative department by another department because administrative department also have other responsibilities to perform which is very time consuming. By replacing the administrative department by a new department will make the work flow error free and free of disruption. There is a big need to create continuity in work flow because the disruption in one department makes the staff of other departments frustrated.
