Academic Achievement: A Challenge at New York City Schools
The greatest challenge I expect to encounter as a teacher will be my ability to integrate awareness of each students activities, the impact of my classroom environment, instructional theory, and practical classroom applications to create an optimal learning zone for my students. I believe that creation of optimal learning zones can allow teachers to ensure high academic achievement for all students.
