Abstract

“Psychological disorders” are an element of “abnormal manners” that scientists have yet been able to completely neither comprehend nor understand. However, they have discovered that “anxiety” plays a key role in the onset, and continued existence, of these disorders.

The first main categorization of these disorders is the Anxiety Disorders which are “characterized by high levels of anxiety accompanied by patterns of ineffective, maladaptive behavior” (LeDoux, 1998). These common disorders are classified into four distinct kinds, the first being Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Here the person “feels anxious and apprehensive, has a sense of impending disaster, and believes he is falling apart or losing control” (Rowan, 2001).

This disorder is occasionally tough to diagnosis due to the fact that its symptoms nearly resemble despondency and other disorders. The second disquiet Disorder is fright Disorder which is marked by the incident of panic attacks - rapid, severe states of disquiet so farthest that the one-by-one is incapable to function competently for a time period that can variety from minutes to hours. People are identified with this disorder when they have at least three of these attacks in a time span of three weeks along with some of the physiological symptoms throughout the attack.
