I m going to plan my career after ten years of my graduation. I know in this dynamic this ssems to little bit unrealistic, but one have to plan ahead to succeed in career. Planning ahead is always helpful in making successful career. Planning a head requires great skills, first individual must know about himself. All the strengths aand weaknesses should be clear in the mind while planning for the future. The most important think while planning career is the information about job market. This is the era of continuous change and one have to be very much updated about the latest happenings. I want to pursue my carrer in Human Resource (HR). After my graduation I want to join Samba Bank, for the first three years I will gain experience in Samba Bank, after I will go for my Masters. Having three years experience and Masters degree will help me in getting job in some reputable company. Meanwhile, I also apply for Ph.D degree in the university, and try to find opportunity for teaching as well. I want to be successful in my career bu utilizing all the skills and techniques I possess.
Phase 1- Start of Career
In this phase my motive is to get a graduate level job in Samba Bank. My filed is HR, so I want to be a part of HR department. As I have good analytical skills, I want to join as assistant HR manager. I want to pursue my career in this field and want to become senior manger. I will get knowledge and experience about this filed, and I am confident that the skills which I have will help me in achieving my goals. Its true that first job is always a challenge, but the individuals who are persistent and hardworking will pave the way for success. It does not matter to even my job requires pre-requisites like internship or or anything else. I will accept any challenge, and convince the management to hire me as a HR assistant manager.
From this entryt level job I will polish my skills, and try to learn from seniors. This will be a very good opportunity for me to gain knowledge about my field.
