Introduction

In this paper, we will be discussing the history of Judaism, Christianity and Islam in Middle East, and we will also analyze the similarities and differences among them. Moreover, we will also cover the relationship among these religions. In this world, there are people who follow different religions. Each religion has its own importance for its believers. In addition, each religion has strengths and weaknesses. There are various conflict theories among religions. 

Judaism

Judaism, the religion of the Jewish people, is founded on the belief in ethical monotheism; that is, that there is only one God, omnipotent and omniscient, creator of the universe, who is just and merciful, and who commands persons to act justly and mercifully; that humanity is made in the image of God. The Jewish people base their origin and religion in the Torah, the Pentateuch or the first five books of the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament), wherein Abraham is portrayed as the father of the Jewish people and the founder of their religion.

Originally known as Hebrews, later as Israelites, the Jewish people and their religion are among the oldest in the world, their beginning going back almost four thousand years. At the beginning of World War II, there were 16 million Jews in the world, of whom 6 million perished in the Holocaust. At the end of twentieth century, the Jewish population was 12 million, of who 5.7 million are in the United States, 5 million in Israel, 600,000 in France, and 300,000 in Britain. Although the belief in a living God always has been a central concept in Judaism, was not always conceived in the same way. The existence of God is made known through the Bible verses. Not offered any evidence of their presence but stipulates the obligation to serve. Judaism believes in the figure of a unique and ineffable God. The greatness of the Supreme Being is not only in strength but in His wisdom and omnipotence.

The Supreme Being is conceived as sovereign and unlimited power for which space is not significant. Furthermore, God knows everything that is, what was and what will be.

Strengths of Judaism
