This will be determine by proper analysis of the Japanese music market, as per the stats japans music publishing market is a profitable option, but the facts can not be denied that it is already pre occupied by the big players like Sony BMG, EMI, Universal etc. They will not allow Kobalt to start or built their operations in Japan so easily and Kobalt will faced legal restriction as Japan has a very ethnocentric environment
