360 degree critique is feedback in which an employee gets feedback from his present work members. Employees get feedback from their peers, subordinates and supervisors in this method of feedback. Sometimes, employees experience external feedback. The people involved externally in providing feedback to employees include suppliers, customers and other interested stakeholders. The purpose of 360 degree critique is to help individuals to know about their performance from the staff of the organization. This type of critique helps individuals to obtain feedback from all aspects of the organization(Ward, 1997).
