The Olympic games, formally known as the Games of XXX Olympaid is the most popular sporting event in the world. The Olympics of 2012 will take place in Londan starting from July 27th to August 12th 2012.

The Olympics comes to London in 2012, as a result there is a large requirement for information system to cope with the volume of visitors traveling to and from each of locations around London. The major concern of the event is to create team unity among the staff involved in the event. Another concern is communication, different ways need to be thought about, which can assist in the effective communication between the team members. All these strategies have to be designed and implemented to make the games a successful event.

To effectively plan and integrate an event, a strong working force is needed. When an event is successful, it serves as a boost to the enthusiasm and morale of the team. The event is properly planned and effectively executed, the whole team feels good about each other. To achieve this, team needs to learn to work together with unity and harmony. Rather, team members should address problems together. As they share the rewards and responsibility of the whole team's success, they can celebrate victories, even little ones, together. The whole team needs to follow the code of conduct. The leader needs to be efficient in motivating and encouraging his/her team and lead them to success. To properly address a conflict and resolve it with a positive attitude is required. The team needs to have good communication and interaction amongst them.
