Introduction

In April 1916, Easter Uprising took place and this is known as one of the main and significant events in the Irish history. This was an armed resurrection by the Irish republicans for the purpose of eliminating the rule of the British in Ireland. They wanted to adopt an independent rule in the Irish Republic in the UK during the First World War. It was organized by seven members and was suppressed after six continuous days of fighting.
