Introduction

The individuals involved in the self learning take responsibility and manage their own learning. Self-administered learning approach enables the individuals for taking the decision about: how they learn, what they learn, when they learn, why they learn and where they learn. In this approach the individuals sort out their selves by setting their own targets and goals and find out the explanation to perform these goals in order to achieve them (Allen, 2002).Furthermore, while learning with this approach the individual will engage in developing several skills like team participation, team leading, learning management styles, dealing with different departments, marketing and work delegation. With this approach individuals learn and experience several new things which include assessing and reviewing their performance and develop their own learning.In this way the individuals are more likely to adapt the competitive environment and can overcome many challenges they confront. Additionally these people will use these experiences in their professional life to develop innovations (Bradley, 1994, pp. 49-59).

Following paper determines that how self-managed learning will have the long lasting impact in the expert and professional social and healthcare profession. This report also includes the routes and the methodologies by which the individuals manage to achieve their objectives in the organizational environment. Similarly the data in this report incorporates the self specific capabilities and aptitudes against the organizational objectives and experts benchmarks. Moreover, it includes undertaken chances of individual advancement and improvements and the exercises for supporting.

LO1

The life of an individual is influenced by several factors which enable him to develop the moral values, religious beliefs, cultural and ethical values and attitudes. The factors through which an individual is influenced include the environmental surroundings, society, family, friends and peers. These play a vital role in shaping a person's character. Being a care worker one is engaged in treating the individuals who have different values and attitudes and will behave accordingly. The individual value and admire its decision therefore, each decision of the individual is influenced by these values, standards and principles.

However, according to my personal values, beliefs and standards an individual in a healthcare and social care setting we are supposed to satisfy our clients, help and support them. With this regard we have to be aware of the cultural values of the organization which we have to align with our own attitudes, beliefs and values(Beausaert, 2011, pp. 16-20). As these values create the character of the person so most probably an individual will not be involved in such setting where he has to enforce to set in such organizational setting. Moreover, these values and beliefs influence the decision of any individual in observing, creating, developing and treating his clients. Therefore, one is not supposed to enforce the decision on the client or persuade them to take decision rather clients should be allowed to make the decisions according to their own beliefs and values.
