Introduction
There is no doubt about tourism's impact upon daily lives of individuals and societies across the world. However, tourism is considered as a peaceful and non-violent invasion by individuals all over the world. The rise of tourism across the world has made individuals feel that their city, area, or the neighbourhood does not belong to them anymore. This is one of negatives of tourism which directly or indirectly influences individuals and societies to consider tourism as a social burden. This ultimately creates negative attitude towards tourism (i.e. anti-tourist). One prominent example of this attitude can be observed in Barcelona where tourists are considered as terrorists.
On the other hand, tourism brings several benefits and opportunities for individuals and societies with the passage of time. For instance, tourism brings significant amount of revenues and reduces the overall deficit of payments of a country. In fact, tourism has helped countries to establish as a welfare state, even though the countries are under severe crisis.
By considering the severe impact of tourism on individuals and societies, this report focuses on evaluating the overall impact of tourism on how we consume space in our daily lives in terms of mobility.

Tourism is the travelling of individuals and is among the most growing activities across the globe. As the name suggests, tourism is the travelling of individuals from one place to another primarily for leisure, entertainment and business etc. Tourists are always in search of places with lots and lots of attraction sites including historic, social, natural and artistic etc. By considering the importance of tourism in today's environment, it can be defined as the process of travelling outside the boundaries of usual environment for more than 24 hours and less than 365 days (i.e. 1 year). The primary reason mentioned for tourism rests within the appreciation of quality architectures that are of great value for a nation.
