Introduction

Thesis Statement: How Ten people go to an island in high hopes, but start to be picked off one by one.

The novel is an example of the closed-society murder mystery. The plot centers on ten people from various social levels who are lured to a mansion on an island and methodically killed. The murders follow the order in which ten little boys die in a nursery rhyme, a framed copy of which appears above the mantelpiece of every bedroom in the mansion. Comparing movie and book and then there were none is very much similar and alike. The movie and Book is similar because both have the same story, in both movie and novel the talk is about ten people invited at an island where they have been held for killing because of the deaths of people. In the end all of them are killed. (Canter, D.1998. pp. 73-96)There are some unlikely points included in the movie. The names of the characters in the movie and books are very different. Personally, I like the ending of the movie more than the book.

Ten people were invited at the island the name of the island was named as Indian island. When all ten characters reached at the island they found that their host and tour guide was not there. The interesting thing about the characters is that they all are accused of the murder. Eventually they come to know that the murderer was among them. One by one each character was killed due to which list of a group is narrowed down till the end only one left. She realizes that she would not be able to leave the island.
