Recently, the shortage of fresh water in the world has become a common problem all over the world, including Europe, United States, Iran, Israel, leading to lack of availability of fresh water for production and fulfillment of needs of the population. There is a common perception that water can be, obtained and utilized from the ocean.

Population of the earth is constantly, forced to overcome difficulties that arise due to climate change or due to the fault of the human race. Actions of the people living on the planet have consequences on a much larger and planetary scale. Many countries do not have sufficient water to drink, and whatever is available is not fresh or pure.. As the suitability of water is decreasing, the equipment for production and purification is skyrocketing.

Humanity is not just thinking about depleted mineral reserves and dying of rare animals. In addition to all these problems, there is a crucial problem of the lack of fresh water. For example, in many affluent countries they have enough oil, but not water. China strides developing the latest technology in engineering, and in the suburbs, in the provinces they lack water. Areas not affected by this problem, are North Africa, Israel and South Europe.

Despite the fact that many countries located near the sea and oceans, water from these sources cannot be, used because it is not suitable as drinking water and is not an alternative for fresh water. A method such as desalination, developed to prepare water and remove the salts from it to make it usable for drinking and otherwise.

On an industrial scale level, desalination plants use particular, very expensive exercise, as it requires a lot of energy. However, in spite of that in 2007 this method to desalinate used for 50 million cubic meters of seawater. According to experts, despite the plentiful fresh water sources in the country right now, it will be soon they face the problem on a much wider scale.

That is because many rivers flowing around large cities are losing their ability to provide the necessary number of people drinking water, which has led to people and industries taking serious steps to clean it up. This is because many businesses are getting into the water service business using water treatment plants to clean and purify water from the rivers, as the quality of water today is not at the highest level. These factors are the reason that Russia will soon require not only new and modern treatment plants, but also their own stills.

In addition, in countries such as Israel or Iran's fresh water does not suffice for the needs of the population and production.
