The number one issue that would destabilize China and America relations
Introduction
The relationship between United States of America and China is measured as across the board, strong, and established. Moreover, the government of both countries has stressed the importance of developing two-way relationship for the future, and prime ministers of both countries are aware of the concerns, and issues that might destabilize their relationship in future (Lieberthal & Jisi, 2012 pp. 7-30).
Hence, to prevent such situation both countries have stressed their people to not trigger such issues In public, as these could damage the relationship, and corporation on certain major issues, which are considered as beneficial for both the parties. Further, political leaders of both countries are aware of each other culture, behavior, and have the relevant experience in dealing with each other.
Moreover, the above discussions describe the positive relationship between two countries, and provide clear indication of future direction, which is considered as important tool for both of them, and for the world. For instance, vigorous USA and China relationship is crucial in dealing with regional and global issues like frequent climatic change, nonproliferation. On the other hand, if USA and China would work separately then I would become difficult to manage these issues (Morrison, 2012 pp. 10-20).
Even though both governments are found on some lane on above situations, but there are certain issues that might become a reason for concern for both the government. For instance, in beginning of year 2012, United States of America has called its troops from Iraq, and is planning to change its policies towards Afghanistan war, further is also reformulating its foreign policies regarding Asian countries.
This role of America reflects their changing interest in Asian countries, as they consider theses continent as the most important for their future politics. Similarly, China is also intensifying its role in the development of Asia-Pacific region. In addition to this, in year 2000 majority of the Asian countries has considered China as their largest business partner, and supporter in need of time.
In addition to this, it has been observed that China has able to increase its military capabilities, and since 1990, the country has found to increase in Defense expenditure by wide margins, for instance, momentous portion of this growth is related to introduce new technologies in military operations.
In contrast, of these developments analyst and politicians have showed their concerned about the changing nature of both countries relationship, which indicates that certain uncertainties, is prevailing between two countries. In addition to this, cyber security issue is creating further uncertainty between the security concerns of these countries, and it has been observed that unexpected changes in economic, social, and military are also creating obstacles in the smooth relationship of two countries (Lieberthal & Jisi, 2012 pp. 7-30).
