Introduction
Hate crime are the criminal activity that is detected by any person or the victim, of being harassed or discriminated by prejudice or hostility on a personal traits. This type of crime could be encouraged by gender identity, disability, religion, race, and sexual orientation. Hate crime's victim does not have to be the member of minority group or from vulnerable community. There could be more than one target of hate crime, for instance family, and area of specific group. The impacts of hate crime can dishearten someone's feelings or make them feel embarrassed, humiliated or bad tempered. In many of the situations, hate crimes cause death, ill health, mental stress and fear. In England and Wales legislation, hate crimes are not justly treated as it simply calls the crime of discrimination. However, sexual and racial discrimination have been illegal in the RRA “Race Relations Acts” and SDA “Sex Discrimination Act 1975” in a respective manner. Comparatively, it is not the current legislation that particularly considered harassment as an unlawful.

Due to the increasing awareness of this issue, the current trends have displayed important rise in making numerous claims of harassment at Employment Tribunals. It should be observed that if the complaint is severe, and can bring high damages might present clues against to the Employer, so this could be considered as a serious allegation of harassment. One of the major arguments over the law of discrimination in the cases is the problem of proving the caste of discrimination as harassment. However, it does not prevent the legislation that is being developed for covering the flaw of discrimination on these grounds. In addition to it, this key perception of discrimination legislation is useless. Due to the legislation of discrimination; educators, employers and goods providers and services develop the ant harassment and non-discrimination policies. These policies not only offer structure for redressing but also lead to high understanding of the problems. It also decreases the acceptability of such harassment and discrimination (Dick, 2009).
In the case of casting discrimination, the educational impacts are specifically important as majority of the population is almost ignorant for these issues.
