Abstract

The area of concern is United States and all the data and the statistics are provided about the healthcare institutes that are operating in Unites States. It is the practice to make sure that there is effective communication at the overall level of the organization and through this efficient communication it can be seen that some of the other methods that are better for the organization can be chalked out due to it. The role of the nurse is extremely important as it must be kept in mind that nurses are the one who are there to take care of the procedures that are taken by the doctors and in some manner they are the representative of the doctors. The intervention of the nursing professionals must be made sure that that all of their actions should bring some welfare to the patients as well as making sure that they are getting the treatment they deserve. Their integrity and dignity is also needed to be looked at. There must be great deal of care that must be taken to make sure that healthcare professionals develop some sort of strong interpersonal and man management skills as it is an essential part of their expertise.

Introduction

The basic purpose of this report is to analyze the causes that are affecting the general level of safety that patients enjoy in some of the health centers of United States. Some of the information that was being asked at the healthcare institutes was about the duration from which they were working at the healthcare institute and as well as the overall tenure of the training program they were the part of. Questions were also asked about how were they able to incorporate the training they had received into the practice at the healthcare institute (Manser, 2009). The costs of the training as well as the sources of the funds were also brought into the consideration.

Research Methodology

Primary as well as some of the secondary resources were being put together as far as the culmination of the data is concerned. The safety measures that are carried out at most of the hospitals are being looked at and thus it is made sure that sample is collected in such manner that is representative of all the population of the United States (Leape et al, 2009). The ratio of nurses that are operating in many of the hospitals was being looked at and all the relevant information about the nurses was being collected.
