[Name of the institute]Implications of Temporary Organizations
Introduction
Project management is an entire struggle to achieve the corporate goals that are set to give direction to the various resources as well as stakeholders. The success of the projects tends to fall at stake when the resources are not managed in the most appropriate way. Temporary organizations is a comprehensive approach that aims to give meaning to the whole venture as to make it less blur and more achievable. According to Cacciatori et al. (2012, pp.309-331), groups of people get into working closely with each other in order to accomplish certain campaign and then they depart. In the same way, group of companies form a 'joint venture' to make up a new product. However, not all the joint ventures attain their targets that are pre-set. If it is deeply studied, it can be seen that in case every other organization is sustained through variety of ventures or products, it tends to live in a considerable fluid state. Such organizations limit themselves and survive through a series of temporary incarnations. The idea works best when the economic conditions are uncertain and the corporate world bears several threats against the survival. Here the temporary companies have immense opportunities to get hold onto the temporary targets and make use of the exposed situation to attain the targets. It helps the organizations revert and lessen the threats prevailing in the market. The differentiating features of temporary organizations help the resources to be allocated at most demanding commodities or essentials and save the ones that may not be needed at present. The project success is mandatory to the functionality of temporary organizations.
