THESIS STATEMENT

“The technology management program at Georgetown University reduces generation gap in technology advancement and learning”.

INTRODUCTION

Georgetown University is a student centered Jesuit and catholic institute. In the spirit of new republic, this instituted was founded in the year 1789. The institute was established on the principles that serious and maintained discourse between people belonging to various cultures, faiths and beliefs encourages, ethical, intellectual and spiritual comprehension. This principle is embodied by the university in the diverse student base, faculty members and staffs, the commitment of Georgetown University to utilitarianism and justice, their openness to intellectual and their worldwide character. An academic institute is dedicated to the creation and communication of knowledge, Georgetown University provides outstanding professional education for undergraduate and post graduate programs. The Institute works hard in performing their tasks to the high level having the sense of accountability for their performance. The institute holds the responsibility for its deeds and it expects that Georgetown University will perform its task in ethical boundaries with honesty and respect. Moreover, the vision of the school is to endorse an informed risk taking environment in an effort to improve knowledge, industries and bring in innovations in education and business models for the society. Furthermore, the school has the vision to operate in a consistent manner with Jesuit that operates all the functions of the university. In addition to it, the institute will work actively in engaging the conversation that widens the diversity of students, leaders, educational model and business associations. Technology Management Program

The university offers a technology management program in diverse generational educational settings. The mission of the Technology Management program is to meet the educational needs of managers and executives, allowing students to earn a professionally oriented degree. The program integrates Georgetown's values while educating students to be stewards of technology through the development of ethics, leadership, technical business operations skills (Un & Price, 2007).

Most Challenging Aspect of a Diverse/Generational Education Environment
