Introduction

New technical innovations are the applications of financial progression. Many scientists have found that technical success is important in growth procedure. It needs here we are at a new technical innovation to obtain financial relevance. First, it has to be brought into the economic climate (innovation). Then, it is progressively implemented by many people (diffusion). The last several years has experienced a large progression in the overall costs of advancement. However, not much attention has been compensated to the overall costs of diffusion. Diffusion is as important as innovation: no new technical innovation have a financial effect until they become extensive in the economic climate. Diffusion is not a simple process: in common, diffusion requires a while. Moreover, in many situations, innovation and diffusion are related. This paper is a try to comprehend the procedure of technology diffusion through the review of two articles “A Model of the Diffusion of Technology into SME'S” by Thomas Brychan and “A Theory of Technology Diffusion” by Toshihiko Mukoyama.

Discussion

The first paper views technological diffusion and produces a style at the stage of the SME. Technology diffusion in the way of new or enhanced technological innovation, the indication of understanding or specialized experience is examined. This involves spillovers through official and simple systems empowering studying by mingling and an absorptive capacity to incorporate new technological innovation designed elsewhere. A style of technological innovation diffusion is developed including exterior resources, programs of technological innovation exchange, and systems engaged in the exchange of technology into the modern SME. The style is relevant not only to "best practice" but also to situations where "low" action can be enhanced. Effects for plan appropriate to technological innovation and business that comes from the style are also investigated and results are attracted (Brychan).
