The term IDEA stands for Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. This partnership strives to engage several partner organizations that include service providers, disabilities rights advocates, social organizations, policy makers and local administrators.

This partnership helps investing the best of its all stakeholder's expertise. This is because the organization believes that the individuals and groups who work in close alliance with the organization have valuable insight and knowledge, which could further be channelized to meet any form of challenges.

Moreover, working with different individuals and groups many prospective viewpoints arise, which further helps in identifying different challenges and how best to combat these as well as also helping in the identification of new and future possibilities.
