Sport is a lively part in the life of any individual. It takes immense exertion to become a player whether you acquire professional skills for the game or remain an unskilled player. Adopting the required skills helps an individual play safely by avoiding the expected injuries at maximum. This essay aims to find out the difference of playing a game, here a basket ball, between skilled and unskilled player. There a few angles involved which need to be assessed on the basis of their movement. They are ankle, knee, trunk, and elbow. I used my observational skills to establish my findings on a shooting position, the time of release and a follow through it (Chappel et al., 2005, pp.102-150).
Equipments Used in the Observation
Video (cannon legirafs 306), tripod, basketball net, soft ball, mobile, computer, basketball book guide book, tape measure, white masking tape, sticker markers, calibration equipment, calculator, paper, indoor lab, USB stick, an unskilled and skilled basketball player.
Fatigue is a natural phenomenon that occurs in the life of every basketball player. It influences the shooting kinematics of an athlete. The angles exert pressure on certain angles of our body which this essay attempts to differentiate between the approaches of the two players.

It can be done in the mid air as well. At the peak of the jump, the player releases the ball.
