Self, Society & Social Equality in the U.S.: Outcomes and Future Objectives

I have witnessed that there is a lack of the self, society & social equality in United States. There are different studies which I have gone through showing that there is always inequality and discrimination in United States in different manners. For this purpose, I have conducted an experiment in which I have conducted interviews from different participants asking them about the major problems of inequality and discrimination or social injustice prevailing in United States of America (Boudreau 2013). The experience of the service is mentioned in the paper below depicting the ways through which the social injustice, inequality and discrimination is experienced in United States. Social Inequality and discrimination is the serious problem occurring in United States in terms of different basis. The people of United States are facing the discrimination on the basis of gender, racism and gender etc. The equal rights are not implemented in an appropriate manner in United States which is the biggest reason of inequality in United States. Thus, it is necessary that the proper strategies and steps should be taken in order to implement the social equality and end the discrimination from the society of United States.

In order to identify the social inequality and injustice issues in United States I have developed a site which have described the different incidents and problems associated with the social inequalities in United States. I have participated in various volunteer service experiences in order to gain the knowledge and information related to the social inequality and injustice in United States. This service experience has been very helpful for me as from this experience I have learnt the ways through which the people of United States are experiencing the social inequality and injustice practices (Annie 2012). Fm this service experience I have learnt that the female society in United States is receiving threats and the minorities are also facing the discrimination in United States. My service experience has helped me in gaining awareness about the fact that the white and black students are differentiated on the basis of their color and race and the black students are discriminated in terms of their race (Chemers 1995). Though, there is a difference in terms of performance and I have observed that black students are better in terms of their educational performance as compared to the white people. However, these students are facing the stereotype threats on the basis of their ethnic minorities (Sabrina 2012).
