Introduction

Life is an ongoing process of continued learning and development. It helps a person to develop the psychological and social understanding of the events happening in one's life. Surroundings of a person, the things and people one encounters and interacts with on a daily basis and the day to day routine have a significant impact on the self of a person, not only in physical means but also in the psychological sense. It changes one's way of looking at the world and with the passage of time, one learns to develop philosophical theories about events happening in the environment and their impact on one's life.

This essay is aimed at highlighted the philosophical changes that have occurred in my personality during the course of time and the impact of class learning on the personality development. The understanding of me and the thought process that has helped me to draw on the impact of life changes on my image and philosophical view of the environment. It also strives to pay significant importance on the psychological changes that I have experienced and the affect of the personal experiences on my philosophy of leadership.

Discussion

The activity of analyzing myself and writing down the events of courage and grievance assisted me to evaluate my thoughts, behavior, feelings, and it depicted the true picture of my insight personality. It helped me to understand the extent to which the material learning and the personal encounters with life have shaped my philosophical ability to view the world. To understand the importance of the leadership skill and the ground differences that I may have relative to the society and the community I live in (Anonymous, 2011).

Philosophical change is one of the major developments in one's personality and such way of thinking starts in the days of loss and destruction. The hard days of life that help one to learn the biggest lessons of life, these either make a person serious about the worth of life or deviate him from the reason of existence and turn out of the original track of life. The changes in my life span have helped me through the process of taking control of emotions and feelings. It has enabled me to regulate myself with firm hold on my impulse (Asheham, 2010).

These changes have helped me to know the different aspects of my personality and thought process. It enabled me to learn the tools of survival in the world and to plan for the life ahead. My understanding says that it is possible to live a happy life even in the grave of troubles, and it is solely based on the person whether he wants to be happy or not. One can search for ways and activities that give him the peace of mind and comfort and can synergize the positive energies of the surrounding people and things by having a collaborative relationship with them.
