The (SIP) i.e. School Improvement plan is a tool for planning that is especially designed for addressing the achievement of students and needs of system that are identified through the CNA i.e. Comprehensive Needs Assessment of school. In addition to it, this planning tool provides a technique or outline for schools by that they can be able to address the improvement planning of the school under the accordance of Public Act 25 regarding the Revised Schooling Code and (ESEA) i.e. the Elementary and Secondary Education as pertinent. The purpose of this project is to engage students in a culminating data-based decision making experience (Bauer & Kenton, 2005).
In this paper, there will a School Improvement Plan be needed to develop by the principal of the school, a plan that could be able to drive the work of the school, as schools staff have been requested multiple times for defining instructional resources in the amended SIP. Thus, the main requirement of this SIP is to make concerned staff as well as students inform that how the instructional resources and interventions will be implemented, how their effectiveness will be evaluated, and how it will utilize the data-based decisions for supporting equitably distribution, continuation or discontinuation of those instructional interventions and resources. This SIP will be in the form of a cogent memo which will be written to Dr. Thomas in response to his questions from the Principal.
