Many reports has published by Crime and Justice Department of multiple countries for enlighten the wrong affects of this brutal deed that mostly perceived by many criminals. The investigator criticized the use of knife crimes and set immediate actions for eradicating the heinous acts in all over the world. The change in crime control has affluent for every state or region if it is rightly followed. The impactful outcomes can be obtained by using immediate and strict actions which can provide positive results by reducing the crime records (Lappi-Seppälä & Tonry, 2011,pp.1-32).
