Reflection

The literature of Psychology of Men demonstrated certain new things that were not realized or studied before. The literature provided a deep insight of psychology of Men that how males behave in certain situations. Male gender identity is the topic that I was least aware and never thought that males could face these type of serious issues. As per the concept, with the passage of time, societal changes forced males to change their attitude towards the society, which leads to psychological distress. For instance, as mentioned in one of the paragraphs that female dominating schools also caused trouble to male gender identity because they were failed to gather there selves in female dominating schools.

Integration

Based on the life experiences and the literature studied in this regard showed that 'Traditional Psychology's Male Sex Role Identity (MSRI)' seemed to be more realistic and also make more sense. Similarly, to give the readers a proper understanding of the view, a proper evidence and arguments highlighted to support the evidence.

Through the personal experiences, it has been observed that men mostly viewed as biologically predetermined to act in certain ways. For instance, men known for their anger, violent behavior, have communication problem and demonstrate certain emotions as compared with women. Secondly, the traditional gender roles dictated that generally in marriage, men are the individuals who are responsible for earning and women stay at home and raise the kids. The MSRI paradigm stated that healthy behavior of the individuals based on obtaining proper attitudes, traits and interests that reinforce their traditional and natural predispositions.
