Reflection

I was not aware about sexual discrimination in work places in this 21st century. It is new for me because I never experience such discrimination in multinational or national organizations (Ellingson et.al, 2013). Most of the organizations do not follow this procedure because it creates discrimination among men and women. In fact most of the organizations give compensation to women workers. Nowadays, organization hires employees on the basis of their educational and technical expertise. It happens in some cases where women avoid working in field because of family restrictions but company always provides complete support to women for working in field, it depends on the decision of women.

It is necessary for us to lessen the influence of men in every field of life. Women have equal rights as compared to men. I learn a new concept about the value of women in our society. Women usually fussy and talkative that why most of the organizations prefer men instead of women. Nowadays women are working better than men in different fields of life.

Integration

I will choose “Expansionist” that all human have enough energy to perform multiple tasks because it increased physical and mental health. Family issues of women influence on mental and physical health (Milkman, 2013). Expansionist hypothetical perspective is more realistic because work increases efficiency and gives courage to effort your best. Most of the doctors also prescribed that people have to remain busy themselves in order to avoid any physical and mental problem.

Connection

Expansionist theory helped me to understand the complex and multifaceted real world of work and women (Milkman, 2013).
