Providence healthcare organization supervises seven hospitals. It is non-profit organization under the denominational agreement with Vancouver Coastal Health and British Columbia University. The organization aims to provide healthcare services to the residents of British Columbia. The organization values to provide healthcare awareness to general pubic of the province so that it can contribute to foster healthy environment in the society. Furthermore, the mission and vision statement of Providence Healthcare organization focus on obtaining funds and recognition of Healthcare Authorities in the province. The organizational strategic plan focuses on identification for the opportunities of expansion, development of short-term and long-term goals, recruitment of training for the staff and support of the stakeholders and groups who take part in the achievements of organizational goals. Moreover, the organization has strengths of leading employer and service provider in British Columbia, highly skilled and trained staff together with unique strengths. However, the weaknesses of the organization include lack of recognition for the Organization by the healthcare authorities, small size, shared budget and leadership, insufficient advanced technology and equipments and lack of fund raising opportunities and social engagement. The organization has several opportunities which include Increment of Staff through involvement of Medical Students, Multiple Positions in Healthcare Sector, Student Career Programs. However, the autnomy of the organization is in risk and there are threats that the organization can be merged with its assoictaed hospitals due to lack of fundings and smaller size.

Introduction
Providence Health Care in Vancouver is a healthcare provider on the basis of faith that provides seven facilities in the state of Vancouver. This health care organization was founded on 1st April, 1997, on the basis of consolidation of CHARA Healthcare Society, St. Paul Hospital and Holy Family Hospital. The institute has dominant affiliation with Vancouver Coastal Health and Partners with the Provincial Health Authorities together with the University of British Colombia. All these institutes have consolidation for provision of better quality healthcare services to the coastal region of Vancouver.
