The study will be embracing the most crucial issue of the UK property market pertain to the scarcity of the available mortgage funding. The first chapter of the study will be facilitating an introduction to the topic including problem statement. The intention of this chapter is to extricate the aims and objectives of the study. The second chapter of the study will be enhancing the understanding of the study by providing crux of the relevant literature from reliable sources on the basis of validity and authenticity. The third chapter of the study will be extricating the appropriate methodology to be incorporated in the study in to facilitate the findings of the study. The fourth chapter of the study has intention to unveil the findings of in order to enhance the divulgence of the topic of the study. Moreover, the last but the crucial chapter of the study will be catering the stakeholders of the research by interpreting the findings of the study in to meaningful conclusion. The section will be facilitating recommendations for further research.
Background of the research
Property market is the most crucial segment o f UK economy that exerts direct impression on the financial system of United Kingdom including capital market as well as real estate markets. Property market of UK has been suffering since the 2000 after the severe global financial crises. Financial hardship badly hit UK economy that exerted prominently negative impact on the property market of the United Kingdom. Prominent rise and fall in the property market has been experienced that distort housing choices with additional risk attached to it. Depression has experienced in the trend of the UK house prices due to various factors including lack of mortgage, inflation, unaffordable prices as well sensitivity and volatility of the UK housing market. Limited mortgage funding is the most alarming triggers that are hit the stability of the UK property market. The consequences of the decline in the (Aron, & et al., 2011, p.1)available mortgage funding are threatening to the financial health of the economy. It reflects decrease in the investments for the mortgage loans that force imbalance in the demand and supply of the UK mortgage property.
