Discussion

There is a great role of the primary education in the lives and upbringing of the students. Therefore, it is very necessary that the educational institutes and the government bodies should play a key role in dealing with the factors that affect the primary education. In the primary schools, strategic management and planning is built as a formal analytical action in which senior managers took part only in the initial phases, and the main work accounted for the planners of the company (Ainsworth, 2000, p. 34). Choose a teaching strategy is to plan a set of operations and primary educational resources to arrange a set of methods and means of teaching according to defined principles and in accordance with a teaching model. However, there is no perfect strategy for each potential situation in primary education. A teaching professional "is a person who can choose from a range of possibilities, the most suitable for a given learning situation in assuring the effective teaching in primary section”. For the effective primary education there is a great need that the teaching methods should be well developed and the professional teacher should be hired for this purpose (Study House 2007, p. 56). No educational model is perfect in itself. None can fully satisfy the wide range of training needs and educational situations. It should; therefore, not be limited to a single model. Different models have interesting complementarities, they achieve different goals for different learners, hence the need for a professional primary teacher to know a wide repertoire of styles and use flexibly according to different situations. The main feature of the primary teaching method is that it excludes caprice, improvisation and chance. There are no a priori good and bad teaching methods. For cons, the choice of methods used should be consistent with its philosophy of education and models that embody. In addition, the methods chosen must agree to the learning objectives at the level of intellectual development and abilities of students, and constraints of learning environments and resources. Primary teaching methods are characterized by multiple parameters which consists of the main actor (teacher or student), which is the main agent of learning (group learning or media) and control objectives and learning activities (teacher or student), and the nature of the content and activities of learning (knowledge, cases, problems). The main teaching methods are thus classified according to the different forms of formal and informal presentation, different forms of problem solving and case ...
