The dynamics of integration into the global economy links on two major ways that have gradually erased their initial opposition. The multilateral option is indeed the most direct route of integration, regionalization by establishing an indirect form much less protectionist, more open than in the past on the outside. The second option is not in contradiction with the advanced principles of free trade that has significantly gained ground in the conduct of economic policies of industrialized countries as in developing countries.
