Resurrection of Jesus

Introduction

The resurrection of Jesus is a fundamental and essential Christian doctrine. The resurrection of Jesus is so important that without it, Christianity is a lie. God desires the conversion of man and not the murder of Jesus, who was not willing to give up his work and mission even under the threat of death. The fight for the kingdom of God involved a struggle for man unjustly oppressed, leading to a confrontation with the perpetrators of oppression. However, the conflict within the resurrection of Jesus is not so much about whether or not he rose, but if the resurrection is the way back to life. Therefore, the resurrection of Jesus is not only a major event in the world, its authenticity is beyond the scope of this earth; it is impossible for anyone to prove that he is alive because people cannot “logically reason” that it is true. This is a unique phenomenon throughout much of history, and even the Jewish people were not ready for the resurrected Messiah in the way that Jesus appeared. The resurrection of Jesus is called a miracle, and it is, but it was simply a fulfillment of the original miracle of God, which was that from nothingness God created this world and everyone in it.

Background

The resurrection of Jesus is well recognized by many historians. It is one of the most popular events in the pages of history, which is recognized and well acknowledged by almost all the authentic historians of the world. Even among various denominations of Christianity there are many divergent views, but the concept of the resurrection of Jesus remains constant. There were many witnesses to the resurrection. Many witnesses were present at the time of resurrection of Jesus. This makes this event reliable and credible. The Bible records instances of Jesus's appearances to the disciples. Jesus himself stood among them and said, “Peace is with you.” The disciples were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. (Lopez 57-87). The reappearance is the only reasonable reason for the beginning of the Christian movement. The resurrection is the foundation of the Christian movement. Many authentic historians confirm that the resurrection of Jesus carries immense importance in the basic concept of Christianity, and the whole religion of Christianity revolves around the resurrection of Jesus (Goodspeed 45-67).

The resurrection of Jesus is the central event of the narrative of the Gospels and other texts of the New Testament: according to these texts, the third day after his death on the cross Jesus resurrected, leaving the empty tomb and appearing initially to some disciples and then to other apostles and disciples. For Christianity, this event is the beginning and foundation of faith, mentioned in the annual Easter and weekly in Sunday services.
