Organizational behavior

Organizational behavior is the knowledge base derived from the study of the actions and attitudes. Its roots are in the disciplines of science social, namely psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics and science policy (Foley, 1991, pp.54).

It is related to the study that people do in an organization and how that behavior affects the performance of the latter. And because of that organizational behavior has to do specifically with situations related to employment , the emphasis should not be surprising behavior in relation to employment, work , absenteeism, job turnover, the productivity , human performance and management (Parrish, 2009, pp.24).

The organizational behavior relates to the attitudes and acts within the business activities. The overall culture of the company determines that how business functions, how it holds the values and how customers perceive the overall business?

Its importance lies in that organization which follow systems of society. If desired or steer them, you need to understand its operation. Organizations combine science and people, technology and humanity (Foley, 1991, pp.54). However, companies and organizations must understand the use of the best possible way, because they are necessary to achieve the benefits of the progress of civilization. The human behavior within organizations is unpredictable because it originates in needs and systems of values ??deeply rooted in people (Parrish, 2009, pp.25-78). There are no simple formulas and practices for working with people, nor is there a solution for the problems of the organization (Foley, 1991, pp.54). All you can do is to increase the understanding and capacities to raise the quality of human relations at work. The goals are difficult to achieve, but have great value. If you are willing to think of people as human beings you can work effectively with them (Parrish, 2009, pp.25-78).
