The plan was about the change a big existing clinical and hospital system from paper environment to electronic data base system to save the record for the people. This change was adopted by several hospital organizations and the higher authorities prefer to adopt this technology. It provides the ease to the administration because it provides them a quick way to access the details of any patient or person. It also saves the time of the employees in doing office works and increases the efficiency of the workers. Change is always necessary to modify the frequency of the working environment. Monitoring of the change process is the fundamental step to make the change process successful. The organization and the behavior of the people can be observed by comparing the given targets with the completed work. It helps in concluding that whether the employees are working on time and target or going of time targets. There are different methods of the change process for the organizations and there are is a vital relationship between them. Each process provides support to the welfare of the hospital or clinic. The change brings a big success for professionals and the organizational system. The change will increase the working load and the pressure on the employees. This factor is pretty obvious because of the uncertain point of view regarding the change. There is a great need to conduct the agenda of system change in the company. It requires a new culture and behavior of the people. Most of the people feel difficulty with the pas of the implementation (Buchanan, et al, 2005). The system of EMR is the most effective system to maintain the data base of the patients.

Implementation Effectiveness of the Organizational Change

The environment of the electronic system is much better than the paper system. It increases the efficiency of the people in this environment. There is a great deal of debate in media and in between professionals the media should be transferred from paper to electronic. The matter of fact is that most of the organizations prefer to adopt the hybrid record system. In hybrid system, there is a use of both the electronic and paper environment. Many organizations around the world have switched their working system into Electronic medical record system. According the survey conducted in the 2009 by the NEJM (New England Journal of Medicine); 1.5 percent of the hospitals in United Sates had switched their system to Electronic records system (IronMountain, 2013). Most of others are in the line to change the data base system.

The EMR is the paper system with digital applications. It provides the same work as paper working because EMR uses the electronic data storage mode to save the details and information of the patients.
