Clearly, Renault sold 100% of RVI (also including Mack), against 20% of the new group formed. This allows Renault to become the majority shareholder of this great new group. Renault is committed to not take more than 20% of shares in the capital of his partner unless third attempt to take control or if a shareholder became more important than Renault.
