Background

The XYZ Company has just earned a prize award of recognition from the government of the state. Hence, the CEO of the company decides to give a motivational speech to the employees in order to further encourage them.

“Good Morning and welcome to all my hard working and dedicated employees. I hope and pray that all of you are in good health and everything in your lives is just the way you wanted and planned it to be.

I can see the expression of chaos on some of your faces. Hence, some of you must be wondering why I called for this sudden meeting of all the employees in the auditorium hall. However, I can see bright smiles on the faces of some of the individuals who are very well aware of the purpose behind this interaction.

My dedicated employees, as a proud leader I would like to inform you that we got a call from the President's house an hour back. Mr. President first expressed his thought of how impressed he is of the company's consistent good performance. Then he gave me the news that even further enforces my belief that this Company has the most dedicated and talented individuals that any CEO can only dream of.

Ladies and Gentlemen! It is with immense pleasure and pride that I inform you that the Government has decided to award our organization a Recognition Award for maintaining an extra ordinary performance for up to five years now. Mr. President himself, as I just mentioned, complemented the efforts of all the individuals who have dedicated their time for the Glory days we now enjoy.
