CHAPTER 4: ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
4.0 Introduction
This chapter presents the data that has been collected by the researcher using the adopted research methodology. However, in this particular study, the researcher has selected qualitative research method. Qualitative research method has been adopted by the researcher to conduct the interview questionnaire. Using the purposive sampling method different women entrepreneurs who are presently running their own enterprises in the North-Eastern Nigeria were approached by the researcher out of which 20 women have been selected after complete consent. No participant has been forced by the researcher for any sort of participation. Interpretation of the collected data from the selected participants is exceptionally the most crucial part of the study. At first, in this section the collected data will be presented and later it will be thoroughly analyzed by the researcher using the content analysis approach. However, the collected data is as following:

For this particular study, the researcher has selected 20 women entrepreneurs have selected from three states of North-East Nigeria named Adamawa, Bauchi and Gombe. Out of the total sample 9 women entrepreneurs belonged to Bauchi. However, 8 women particpants were from Adamawa and only 3 participants were from Gombe. Hence, most of participants belonged to Bauchi.

The above table illustrates the age group of the selected 20 participants. Out of the total 20 participants; 10 participants fall in the age category of 30-40 years while 6 participants were of the age group 20-30 years. Only 4 participants were between 40-50 years of age. Therefore, from the responses it is noted that most of the participants belonged to the age group of 30-40 years.

The above table elucidates the responses of the participants when they were inquired about their marital status. Out of the total 20 selected participants; 11 participants were married while 9 participants were single. Hence, most of the participants were married.

The above table illustrates the responses of the participants when they were asked about their entrepreneurship experience. Out of the slected 20 participants; 9 participants had 1-3 years of entrepreneurship experience. However, 6 participants had 3-5 years experience of entrepreneurship. Only 5 participants had 5-10 years experience. Therefore, from the responses it is noted that most participants had 1-3 years of entrepreneurship experience.
4.2 Interview Analysis
Using the qualitative research method, the researcher conducted interview questionnaire. For the researcher to get the correct understanding of one of the rarest expressed perception of females in regard to the entrepreneurship in Nigeria; all the participants who were selected were females. However, the interview questions and the responses of the participants are as following:
