Introduction

The project coordinator, who in some situations may be the same as the proprietor, conceptualizes the task and takes the primary steps to pull together the befitting group for execution of the idea. The task supervisor is to blame for overseeing all necessary steps of task development. This role is typically filled by a professional wind energy developer. The makeup of the task group will depend on the dimensions and the complexity of the project.

In a construction setting, goals may include publishing a paper, obtaining a research grant, completing a set of experiments, or even achieving tenure. While keeping creativity intact, project management can help reduce wasted effort, track progress (or lack of it), and respond quickly to deviations from important aims. Team administration, one of the foremost responsibilities of the project supervisor, includes the processes required to make the most effective use of the persons engaged with the project. An organization chart can be used as a tool to identify and assign project roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships. The organization journal may encompass project stakeholders, coordinators, customers, partners, individual suppliers, and other constituents essential to completing the project. In addition to overseeing the team organizational structure, the project manager is responsible for ensuring successful communication between team members. It is important to track information flow to identify who will need what information, when they will need it, and how it will be given to them. People who tell you what to do, defining to some degree what the project will make and what constitutes success. As a principle investigator, the main driver for your research.

Additional drivers might include competitors and collaborators in that field, the editors of scientific journals (if they are advising work on what experiments should be done in order to get a manuscript published), and the study section reviewers of the research grants (if their feedback is shaping the course of your research project).
