Application of Nursing

They achieve the required results by application of Bloom's taxonomy in their education. Knowledge helps them to learn all that is required for their courses and education. After learning, knowledge helps them recalling of what was learnt. Comprehension helps the nurses to interpret the knowledge in a given situation. Application requires nurses to use or demonstrate the knowledge. A good nurse would be intervening in a new situation with precaution. There would be a few scenarios which would be learnt or known before and few which are not. Analysis refers to the nurses of comparing and contrasting the knowledge and practice in real life scenarios. Nurses would be synthesizing by problem solving or predicting. Every day for a nurse is an evaluation day. Evaluation would be making nurse to make judgments and noting the value of information at the end of the day (Office of medical student education, 2004).

Nursing career grows and develops in a continuously changing environment. They are oriented with latest technologies and training periods and various educational programs. Career of a nurse is very interactive and overall related to caring and sharing. Nursing career plays a key role in everyone's life. May be it any place, any people of any age, of nay income and of any background, nursing is the only career which everyone has an interaction with in one's lifetime. The experience of nursing career is remarkable. The practical trainings provide with confidence to move ahead with a positive approach. With nursing career, one can choose one's own favorite specialization where knowledge and skills are best fitted. If one assumes that the skills one possesses are not suitable for one particular area of expertise then the option to change the area of expertise is available easily. In nursing career the career advancement path is always open where one can climb up the ladder hierarchically as well as financially.

Nurses not only just work in hospital but, they also work in clinics, corporations, home health agencies, doctor's offices, schools, outpatient care centers, emergency rooms, nursing homes, public health and government agencies. Nursing career provides job permanency and schedule flexibilities, venue and responsibilities.
